We spent quite some time working on this migration and lovely Robyn from The Blog Boat implemented her gorgeous design! I’m in love!

Please, bear with me for the next few days as I work out some kinks and finish updating a few of the labels, categories, etc… In the meantime, make sure you change/update your subscription, if you receive the content from this blog through e-mail! I’ll NOT be updating this address any longer, so will be our final destination!

More to come on our NYC trip, baby shower and plans for 4th of july later this week!

THANK YOU for making this space home!

Happy Friday, friends!

I can’t believe how quick time is passing! It’s already the middle of the year! Soon enough it will be 2014, World Cup and all! Jesus!

This weekend B. will participate on his first Denver Metric Century bike ride! I’m so proud of him, of all his training! I’ll take him to Northfield in the morning and I’ll go back to see him end the race in later on! I hope to capture a lot of images from all the fun!

Next week will be even crazier, it’s Etsy Craft Party,  B.’s birthday and I’ll be heading to NYC to check on a few details of our engagement party and enjoy some family time!

Have a fantastic, relaxing weekend!

IMG_6157riding our bikes was def. my favorite thing to do in Paris. the energy was intense. the culture is unmatched. it will take Denver decades to reach that level of bike culture!

one of our stops was the Galerie Lafayette! I didn’t have plans to shop in this gigantic, super fancy department store! it’s def. not my type of place! but, many of our friends suggested we went up to the terrace in the top floor for the view of Paris! and it was well worth it!

IMG_6067IMG_6073IMG_6155IMG_6150it’s a fantastic view of the city, of the parisian rooftops!

IMG_6190IMG_6153inside the department store you have this view: the building is breath taking! it looks like an old theater! it’s gorgeous! I think we stopped there and looked around for a while, speechless!

IMG_6151how do you explain this place?

IMG_6201we also tried to have a nice picnic by the Torre Eiffel – I think this first day was 100% touristy! But I’m in love with it! we shopped at this nearby market, got a few bottles of wine, bread, cheeses, Danette, some other deliciousness and biked back to the tower!

IMG_6191it’s a shame I don’t have a picture from our picnic! it was so cold and windy, we didn’t stay longer! we ate and biked back home along the seine! it was fantastic though, we pick up the sunset by the river and it was gorgeous!

IMG_6192 IMG_6194 IMG_6193 IMG_6195

IMG_6196how amazing are these images? B. looks so good in the sunset!

IMG_6180 IMG_6179 IMG_6156 IMG_6200 IMG_6198 IMG_6199over all, it was a pretty incredible day! I had my first Pierre Hermé macaroons and they were as amazing as everyone says! maybe even more amazing! we biked in Paris, I saw the Arc du Triumph, the Eiffel Tower, the gorgeous Galerie Lafayette and had the best time with my love! that night I slept! I slept like I was dead! I was so happy!

i’m a few weeks behind on my 52 project but I’m still having a lot of fun spending time with B., observing him and thinking about him during this series!

last week, he woke up on a horrible mood, we had little stupid fights and then, to make up, he took me to the movies to see The Purge! I’m obsessed with horror movies and thoroughly enjoyed this new concept!

^^ i thought he was so cute with his ranger’s tee he got from his bestie and his Brazilian sandals!

IMG_5964 IMG_5962IMG_5963IMG_5965IMG_5972later that evening I gave him his birthday gift #4: cupcakes! his bday is coming up and I’m doing a series of one gift a day until the big day! I’ll be posting about it soon!

I made a list with all the vendors we are currently using to get all our projects for the engagement party done over at the wedding website. In truth, it’s a gigantic special edition of etsy finds! We are trying to support small business and local artisans as much as possible, so if you want to check that out, it’s here!

last week, B. and I got to go out on not one, but TWO dates! That’s right people, two dates in one week! fancy, hun? he knew he was going to be working the entire weekend, and took sometime during the day to go on fun bike rides with me! ans it was wonderful!

i truly appreciate the fact that B. thinks of me when he knows he will be super busy and tries to allocate time so we can do something fun together. that’s so important!

on thrusday we biked to lunch, we ate at one of my favorite places: mod market. they serve super healthy food over there, super foods, incredible salads, everything tastes amazing! then on friday we rode our bikes all the way to downtown denver, had healthy, fresh pressed juice at parsley and stopped by one of my favorite stores in denver: fancy tiger! they have crafts supplies, amazing fabrics and i was looking for some cool cotton for the baby leggings!

that store is also so beautiful and they have one of the best walls i have ever seen!

^^ hey, dude, i can see myself in your eyes! ^^

^^ the new helmet, B. always says the helmet is adorable!

^^ healthy food at parsley, in downtown denver. ^^
